Hey, I’m Geert, the founder of Northbridge.
I came to the U.S. as an international student myself, and I know what it’s like to navigate the system, from the excitement of studying abroad to the challenge of figuring out what comes next.
Since I started Northbridge in 2024, I’ve been working with many international students, U.S. university reps, and employers, trying to bridge that gap between education and real job opportunities.
What I realized is that international students don’t just need help applying for jobs, they need support in understanding how to grow into strong professionals who can stand out anywhere.
That’s why I started Northbridge Career Coaching, to give students the full package.
Not just resume tips or visa guidance, but a complete, guided experience that helps you develop as a person, communicate your story with confidence, and take control of your career path.
